The service

An email briefing summarising residential planning approvals in London, with links to the original council planning records. Delivery: Mondays at 6am, covering the prior week's approvals.

Limits of the information

Information is drawn from public council planning registers and may contain errors or omissions. A named practice is shown in the role recorded on the application (for example agent or applicant); this does not mean it is, or will hire, a structural engineer. We do not guarantee leads, projects or revenue.

Price and billing

• Founding rate: £99/month for the first 10 subscribers, locked for 12 months.
• Standard rate: £149/month.
• Subscriptions renew monthly on the billing date until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds.

Paid enrolment is not open yet. No payment is taken on this website.
